Hartnell to play for Preds in tonight’s game 5 against Colorado

The Tennessean reports on the 11-year anniversary of his last playoff appearance with the Nashville Predators, Scott Hartnell will make his series debut in tonight’s Stanley Cup Western Conference quarterfinal fifth game against the Colorado Avalanche.

Hartnell will replace forward Ryan Hartman on the Predators’ fourth forward line with Mike Fisher and Calle Jarnkrok. Hartman is suspended for tonight’s game following an illegal head check in Wednesday night’s fourth game.

The Predators can advance to the Western Conference semifinals of the 2018 Stanley Cup Playoffs with a victory at Bridgestone Arena. First puck drops just after 8:30.
