Boulevard McDonald’s gets new look, technology

People who visit the McDonald’s on Fort Campbell Boulevard will notice a change—the building has been completely renovated on the inside and has gained new technology.

General Manager Marilyn Mack and Supervisor Teresa Copeland appeared on WHOP Monday to talk about the upgrades. Mack says the business now has kiosks that allow a customer to place a specific order, and she says it’s an advantage because they can make sure the order is just how they want it.

People who go to the business will also receive table service, which is new for McDonald’s in this area, where your food will be brought to you when it’s ready. On April 18 the next Coffee with a Cop event will take place at the Fort Campbell Boulevard location and Mack says people can come visit their officers while they serve the food.

Other events will be held in the future, such as fundraisers for different schools in the community, including one Monday night that will benefit Martin Luther King Jr. Elementary.

Copeland says people can expect the same changes—renovations, technology and services—to happen at the restaurant on North Drive in the future.
