The mentally challenged Clarksville man who went missing Friday in Hopkinsville has been located and is safe.
Clarksville Police say 59-year old Ricky Prock was located by Hopkinsville Police Department at the Salvation Army Sunday.
Prock had been dropped off with another man in Hopkinsville Friday and while the other man was later located at Jennie Stuart Medical Center, Prock was no longer with him.
