A weather-related accident Wednesday morning on the Pennyrile Parkway injured the driver of an SUV that flipped multiple times.
It happened about 5:30 a.m. and Christian County Sheriff’s Sgt. Adam Vanderkolk says it was one of several accidents on the icy Fort Campbell Boulevard overpass.
The driver injured in the accident was identified by Deputy Andy Sanderson as Yahya Ahmad Adbel Latif Al-Madani of Elizabethtown. He was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center with non-life-threatening injuries.
