The Christian County Health Department has several programs dedicated to kicking smoking and they are urging people to reach out to them and drop the habit soon.
Amanda Bassingthwaite with the department appeared on WHOP Wednesday, which she said was a day designed to encourage youths to advocate against tobacco and promote anti-smoking.
She says the health department offers services to help people quit smoking, including the Freedom from Smoking program and the Quit Now Line.
