The Logan County Sheriff’s Department arrested a Russellville man Wednesday evening on several drug related charges, including possession of methamphetamine.
According to a new release, deputies arrived at a business on Dodge Drive in an attempt to locate and serve an arrest warrant out of Warren County on 39-year old Phillip Hutcheson of Russellville. Hutcheson was reportedly located and during a search of his person, methamphetamine and items of drug paraphernalia were allegedly found on his person.
In addition to the warrant, Hutcheson now faces charges of resisting arrest, possession of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
