The NIT begins this evening with Western Kentucky and Boston College matching up at EA Diddle Arena. It’s only the second time the teams have played on the hardwood, with WKU winning at the Cotton States Classic in Atlanta in the 1982-83 season. Louisville is also playing in the NIT this evening as the Cardinals host Northern Kentucky. Conference USA regular season champion Middle Tennessee is also in action this evening hosting Vermont.
