A two-vehicle collision Friday morning on Skyline Drive sent one person to the hospital.
The city police collision report says 77-year old Lonnie Hart of Hopkinsville was attempting to turn left from Skyline into the driveway of Burger King and struck a westbound SUV driven by 49-year old Lisa Robinson of Hopkinsville in the driver’s side door.
Robinson was transported by ambulance to Jennie Stuart Medical Center. Hart was not injured.
A witness said a motorist in a turning lane stopped and waved Hart across the westbound lanes.
