A Marshall County grand jury will meet Tuesday and review the case against the 15-year old male accused of killing two students and injuring 21 others during a shooting January 23rd at Marshall County High School.
Kentucky State Police Trooper Jody Cash says no information on what the Grand Jury decides will be made available to the public Tuesday.
If the grand jury returns an indictment, the defendant will be arraigned in Marshall County Circuit Court at a date and time to be determined by Circuit Judge Jamie Jameson and additional information would be made available at that time.
A grand jury indictment would mean the teen will be tried as an adult in the case.
