WKU Rallies For Win at UTEP

Freshman guard Taveion Hollingsworth’s hot second-half shooting sparked a comeback for Western Kentucky as the Hilltoppers rallied for a 72-60 win at UTEP. Hollingsworth knocked down a career-high five 3-pointers – all in the second half. Senior forward Justin Johnson notched his 31st career double-double with 20 points, 12 rebounds and three assists, while Hollingsworth finished with 17 points.

The Hilltoppers are now 16-6 overall and 8-1 in Conference USA and play at UTSA tomorrow afternoon with coverage at 2:30 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP.
