White Plains man, Hopkinsville woman arrested on meth charges

A Hopkinsville woman was among several people arrested on drug charges when a search warrant was executed Monday night at a home in Hopkins County.

Deputies with the Hopkins County Sheriff’s Department went to the home of 26-year old Tyler Ward at 330 JP Hanks Road in White Plains to arrest him on outstanding warrants. A news release says a search warrant was obtained when numerous items of drug and drug paraphernalia were located in the home.

The search revealed two ounces of crystal methamphetamine, a handgun, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia.

Ward was served with the warrant and charged with trafficking in methamphetamine and several drug possession charges.

Other occupants of the home—26-year old Megan Boucher of Hanson, 44-year old Elizabeth Dukes of Hopkinsville and 28-year old Richard Brinkley of Providence—were arrested for meth, marijuana and drug paraphernalia possession and Boucher with meth trafficking.
