Republican Jeff Penick has joined a crowded republican primary for Todd County jailer.
Penick was the Republican nominee for jailer in 2014, when he lost to incumbent Democrat Greg Allen.
Penick will face Tim Slade, John Kevin Parker and William Dunn in the primary, with the winner likely to face Allen in November.
