The Kentucky High School Athletic Association’s Board of Control met today and discussed football realignment for 2019. A number of area teams could be changing classes, most notably Hopkinsville who could return to Class 5-A along with Logan County.
Webster County could move to 3-A, with Caldwell County and Fort Campbell possibly dropping to Class 2-A. Also, Apollo and Marshall County could return to Class 6-A. The final realignment won’t be known for several weeks.
